The hotel offered affordable rates, which was great for my business trip. The location was also convenient, being close to the airport and with easy access to major motorways. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the room was quite small, with a cramped bathroom that made it difficult to move around.

the staff was pleasant and we would definitely return. we recommend you to eat at shandaar, that is set 400 metres away. here we stayed 2 km from st john the divine. parking was on site.

The hotel was within walking distance to Timperley metro station so was very easy to get into the city centre. It was very good value for money.

The bed and the breakfast were the best aspects of the hotel. We also enjoyed the location, as it was close to a pub and a few takeaways.

The room was dirty and smelled like mold and damp. the bathroom was not cleaned properly, with shower products splattered on the wall.

Staff really friendly (Heather on breakfast is always cheery) , ideal location for the met into Manchester. Price is excellent, worth a stay

Basic, very clean, comfortable, quiet despite being on main road, good powerful shower. Flat screen tv with full freeview channels, free wifi

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to access, especially for those attending events at nearby venues such as Old Trafford Cricket Ground. There were a variety of dining options nearby, including a pub/restaurant next door, which served good food at reasonable prices. the staff were friendly and helpful, with one guest mentioning a particularly helpful employee named Jordon.

The breakfast service at the pub next door seemed understaffed, leading to complaints about long waiting times.
